A celebration of the composer Gerald Finzi, who was a professor at the Academy from 1930 to 1933. Tonight’s event will begin with a presentation to the Academy of a new bust of Finzi, commissioned by the Finzi Trust from award- winning artist Jemma Pearson, renowned for her sculptures of Elgar and Darwin.
